In all fairness we have a bit of a reputation for serving the best real ales in Derbyshire. The taps are fresh and some of the beer can’t get more local. But the jury’s split on why this makes us the best little brewpub in Derbyshire. And the reason its split is simple: we also serve a thirst-class range of other drinks including craft gins and real ciders plus all your usual favourite wines and spirits, bottled lagers and famous names like Bass, Birra Moretti and Timothy Taylor. We have booze to consume inside and booze to consume in the beer garden. Or you can try a bit in both. We have booze for all seasons: pale ales, IPAs, ESBs for summer, spring and autumn, and in winter, we have some classic stouts and porters.

With lovely smiley staff and its own brewery on-site, really, what’s not to love?
